Welcome to Coastside Feldenkrais®!

Through guided movement, self-exploration and integrated learning, I will guide and teach you how to achieve the feeling of overall well being by utilizing your body's capacity to repair itself.

 

Located on the coast, with a Pacifica classroom site and also in Half Moon Bay, my lessons can be in an individual setting, or in the classroom.
